Overview We are looking for a hands‑on, adaptable person to join our maintenance crew. The job involves a mix of construction, renovation, and day‑to‑day property maintenance, with new challenges each day.
Useful skills include janitorial work, painting, window replacement, moving and installing appliances, removing flooring, and basic carpentry, plumbing, and electrical repairs. You’ll need to be comfortable switching tasks as needed and working both indoors and occasionally outdoors. The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely.
This position is ideal for someone who wants to build a broad skill set in building maintenance. A Driver’s Licence is helpful but not required. A Letter of Conduct will be needed.
This is a contract position, with a possibility to extend.
