Vestra Inet is a Toronto-based software development and internet marketing company, specializing in servicing clients in industrial and commercial sectors. We are currently seeking a talented Content Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team on a part-time basis.
Our Specialist will be responsible for writing and editing SEO-friendly content for industrial and commercial clients as well as developing social media content.
Knowledge of social media management is required. Prior writing experience in the field of science and technology will be an asset.

Responsibilities:
- Writing new web pages and editing existing website content for our clients (industrial and commercially driven subjects)
- Finding new blog ideas and writing blog posts for several clients (mostly in the industrial sector)
- Writing content for social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn & Google My Business)
- Conducting research to curate original, plagiarism-free content
- Working with editorial and marketing teams to utilize SEO strategies in content creation
- Writing Guest Posts and other long-form content to help with Link Building
- Optimizing copy and landing pages for search engine optimization
Qualifications and Skills
- Writing and editing experience of at least 2-3 years
- A diverse portfolio of content portraying a range of writing styles
- Prior client-handling experience
- Online marketing/copywriting experience of 1-2 years
- Ability to work with technical/industrial/scientific terminology
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to follow detailed instructions
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to organize and handle multiple deadlines
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
- Proven work experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter or in a similar role
