My partner and I own a number of Rental Properties in Timmins and the surrounding areas. We are looking to continue growing our rental and property management business and are looking for some help with our daily operations.
Summary
We are seeking a Property Management Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in supporting our property management operations and enhancing customer/ tenant satisfaction. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining our commitment to quality service and effective property management.
Responsibilities
- Rental Property Showings To Prospective Tenants
- Move In and Move Out Inspections of Rental Properties
- Video and Picture Walkthroughs of Properties
- Update Lockbox Codes and Key Management
- Meet Contractors and Vendors for Repairs and Deliveries.
Requirements
- Access to a vehicle or reliable transport in Timmins and Surrounding Areas
- Phone with access to a camera with wifi or data
- Working Email Address
