What you will do:
-
Provides Inventory and Replenishment insights to drive productivity and performance in the Supply Planning Process.

Reporting into the Regional Supply Chain Business Partner or DC Purchasing Manager, the inventory and replenishment analyst is accountable for inventory productivity and instock and provides insights and analysis to improve processes to support KPI attainment.

Supports the Supply Chain Support Functions in delivering working capital targets and key strategic initiatives such as the Core/Platinum Program, Planogram execution and Surplus Rebalancing.

Is responsible for the Replenishment of Key strategic product groups from internal and external sources to achieve in stock requirements based on the Demand Plan and inventory targets.

Intermediate Excel Skills (building databases from data extracts, pivot tables, graphs). Will be required to present recommendations to deliver targets.

Ability to quickly model inventory allocations and replenishment patterns with aid of databases, Forecast & Replenishment modules or excel.

Comfortable presenting, coaching, training, and reviewing forecast and replenishment concepts with others across hybrid and in-person environments.

Excels in fast-paced environment with daily and weekly cadence of driving results.
Qualifications
-
Post Secondary education or equivalent experience
-
A minimum of 2-3 years of Forecasting and Replenishment experience
-
Previous experience in progressive Supply Chain Planning/Analyst roles with a proven track record of implementing best practices
-
CSCMP, APICS or comparable certification an asset
-
Strong written/verbal communication and presentation skills with ability to synthesize complex concepts into concise recommendations.

Strong Supply Chain Acumen to support P&L delivery
