Role Description
This is a hybrid internship role for a Social Media Manager. The intern will be responsible for managing social media accounts, creating and scheduling posts, optimizing engagement, and assisting the CEO. The role will also involve collaboration with team members to align social media efforts with broader business and marketing strategies.
What You'll Do:
- Plan monthly content strategies for client accounts
- Film on-location with clients (interviews, b-roll, UGC)
- Edit short-form video for Instagram Reels and TikTok
- Write captions that convert
- Schedule and publish posts from client accounts
- Collaborate closely with the CEO on strategy and execution

Requirements:
- Based in Vancouver, BC (non-negotiable)
- Reliable transportation for on-location client shoots
- iPhone 15 or newer (required for filming)
Nice to Have, (but not required):
- Experience in social media management or a related role
- Video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, or similar)
- Familiarity with Canva, Instagram best practices, and content tools
- Background in graphic design or photography
Compensation:
- Starting at $20/hour
- Flexible hours, minimum 8 hrs per week (up to 30)
