Duties
- Complete required documentation including logbooks, dispatch sheets, pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
- Communicate promptly with dispatch regarding any vehicle issues or delays.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and fully fueled motor coach.
- Operate long-haul charters and single-day trips as assigned.
- Provide courteous, professional, and customer-focused service at all times.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Experience
- Valid Class 1 or Class 2 Driver’s Licence with Air Brake Endorsement.
- Minimum 2 years of commercial driving experience (4 years preferred).
- Clean and current Driver’s Abstract.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Commitment to safety, punctuality, and professionalism.
- Prior experience working with paratransit services or in a customer-focused transportation environment is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English for interacting effectively with passengers and team members.
- Knowledge of safety regulations related to bus operation and transportation services.
- Ability to handle diverse situations calmly while maintaining professionalism on the road. Pay: $19.28-$30.00 per hour
