Job Overview
Napier Outdoors is looking for an energetic, persuasive, persistent and goal-driven individual to join our team as an OME Outreach Specialist. In this role, you will be building relationships, driving brand awareness and generating sales through outbound and inbound phone outreach.
If you’re confident on the phone, resourceful in finding the right contacts, persistent in your follow-ups until you get results, and thrives on building meaningful connections this role could be a great fit for you.
Responsibilities & Duties
Dealership Outreach & Relationship Building
- Conduct outbound calls to automotive dealerships to introduce and promote Napier’s truck and SUV tents.
- Identify and connect with Parts Managers, Accessory Managers, General Managers, and EDI Automotive Groups.
- Build long-term relationships with dealership teams to strengthen product awareness and engagement.
- Maintain consistent follow-up to ensure our products remain top-of-mind.
Education & Brand Development
- Educate dealerships with product knowledge and sales talking points.
- Help position Napier products as a valuable add-on accessory for truck and SUV buyers.
- Share marketing materials and coordinate promotional opportunities where applicable.
Research & Lead Development
- Research dealerships to identify key decision-makers and opportunities for growth.
- Maintain accurate CRM records of contacts, conversations, and follow-up activities.
- Identify opportunities to expand product visibility within dealership accessory programs.
WHAT YOU NEED
- Previous experience in phone-based sales, inside sales, dealership sales, or B2B outreach preferred.
- Strong communication skills with a confident and professional phone presence.
- Ability to research and identify key decision-makers within organizations.
- Persistent, self-motivated, and comfortable with consistent follow-up.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
