Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and personable Salon Coordinator to join our team. Not just ANY salon co-ordinator though .... we want the best. Applicants must have previously worked in a salon, managed a schedule, and be meticulous about detail. You must be a self-starter, constantly looking for things that need attention. You must be expert at balancing the needs of the salon guests, our waxing team (who are also your clients) and the salon owners. Sales will be second nature to you, because you understand our dedication to providing the best products and services to our clientele. You will provide feedback and ideas to the salon owners, and along with the rest of the team, always keep them in the loop. Qualifications
- Proficient in POS systems and cash handling
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Expert in retail sales and basic math
- Ability to manage time effectively and maintain organization
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Expert in preparation and posting of social media materials, and reels
