Our client, a growing manufacturing/distribution organization in Halton, is seeking a hands-on Controller to oversee the full finance function and partner closely with leadership. This is an excellent opportunity for a CPA who enjoys being embedded in the business, driving process improvements, and having a direct impact on company performance. This is an onsite role , ideal for someone who values collaboration, relationship-building, and working closely with operations, sales, and leadership teams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead all accounting and finance activities, including month-end reporting
Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and KPI reporting
Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
Analyze financial performance, margins, and business trends
Improve processes, controls, and financial reporting
Partner with leadership to support strategic decision-making
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
Support HR administration, benefits, employee programs, and related initiatives

Qualifications
CPA designation required
Progressive full cycle accounting and finance leadership experience
Manufacturing experience preferred
Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis skills
Hands-on approach with the ability to operate both strategically and tactically
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Oracle, MS Dynamics or SAP ERP experience
