Royal Vancouver Yacht Club seeks an energetic Bartender to join our dynamic Food & Beverage team.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Greeting members and guests and striving for member satisfaction
- Ensuring quality control of the beverage program
- Maintain a clean, safe and efficient work environment at all times
- Ensuring that the bar is properly stocked
- Maintaining control of inventory
- Effectively communicating with members, guests, staff, and managers
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Passion for hospitality and providing service excellence.
- Strong mixology and wine knowledge
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive, team player who can work independently and within a team environment.
- Able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Bar experience in fine dining or private club an asset
