Responsibilities
- Perform hair cutting, coloring, and styling services according to client preferences and current trends.
- Provide consultations to clients regarding their hair care needs and recommend suitable products and services.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, tools, and equipment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist with front desk duties, including scheduling appointments and managing client records.
- Engage with clients to provide excellent customer service, ensuring they feel valued and satisfied with their experience.
- Upsell hair care products and additional services to enhance the client experience and meet sales goals.
- Stay updated on the latest hair trends, techniques, and products through ongoing education and training.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Experience in front desk operations within a salon or retail environment is a plus.
- Proficient in various hair styling techniques, including cutting, coloring, and treatments.
