Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Staff/Cook to join our culinary team. Duties
- Prepare and cook a variety of menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Assist with food preparation, including chopping, mixing, and assembling ingredients
- Serve food to customers in a timely and courteous manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces
- Handle food safely, adhering to proper food handling procedures and safety regulations
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management
- Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
- Support team members during busy service periods to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environment preferred but not required
- Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards
- Strong serving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Good communication skills and teamwork-oriented attitude
- Basic understanding of food handling procedures and hygiene practices
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including weekends or holidays if required
- A passion for food industry work and willingness to learn new skills
Pay: $18.25-$28.17 per hour
