Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic PlayBall / Multi-Sport Instructor to lead fun, age-appropriate sports and movement activities for children ages 18 months to 4 years ol
Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate multi-sport activities such as soccer, basketball, volleyball, and other fun games tailored to different age groups
- Lead fun and engaging PlayBall sessions for toddlers and preschool-aged children
- Introduce children to a variety of ball sports and movement activities,
- Adapt activities to different age groups and developmental levels
- Encourage children to participate, build confidence, and develop coordination and gross motor skills
- Create a positive, safe, and engaging environment for all children
- Use the sports equipment and materials provided by our centre
Requirements
- Experience working with young children is an asset
- Experience in sports, physical education, recreation, or children’s programs is an asset
- Energetic, patient, and comfortable working with toddlers and preschool-aged children
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Valid Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC) required
