Avery HR is currently recruiting a Cleaner on behalf of our client in Mississauga, ON. This role is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and professional environment across manufacturing, warehouse, and office areas.
Hours: 8:00am to 5pm, Monday to Friday
Pay rate: $20.00 per hour;
Key Responsibilities
- Sanitize high-touch surfaces including door handles, railings, light switches, and common areas
- Maintain cleanliness of washrooms, lunchrooms, and meeting rooms throughout the day
- Sweep and wash floors in manufacturing, warehouse, and office areas as required
- Replenish facility supplies such as paper towels, toilet tissue, soap, hand sanitizer, and breakroom items
- Monitor inventory and coordinate supply requests
- Prepare workstations for new hires as needed
- Provide general support for facilities and janitorial duties
Qualifications & Requirements
- Completion of secondary education or equivalent preferred
- Experience using industrial floor cleaning equipment is an asset
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Professional communication and teamwork skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Pay: $18.00 per hour
