Sales Associate — Brims and Things, Tsawwassen Quay Market
Brims and Things, a Canadian hat and accessories retailer since 2011, is looking for a reliable, customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at our Tsawwassen Quay Market location. This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week.
About the role You'll be the face of our store — helping customers find the perfect hat or accessory, processing sales, keeping the shop well-stocked and beautifully presented, and contributing to a welcoming shopping experience.
What we're looking for
- Minimum 2 years of retail or customer service experience
- A responsible, dependable individual who takes ownership of their work
- Strong communication and people skills
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Available for weekend and holiday shifts (typical for retail)

- $20.00 per hour, full-time (40 hours/week)
- 1% sales commission on top of your hourly wage
