Executive Assistant - Job Description
Job Summary
This role is primarily responsible for providing administrative and coordination support to the Human Resources department, helping ensure the efficient execution of recruitment, onboarding, employee administration, engagement, training, and compliance activities. As a trusted member of the administrative team, this role will also provide secondary support to Finance and occasional assistance to senior leadership as business needs require. The successful candidate is highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Core Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to Human Resources, Finance, and senior leadership as required.
- Manage calendars, meetings, schedules, and departmental activities to ensure priorities are coordinated effectively.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, meeting materials, and other business documents.
- Assist with recruitment efforts, including job postings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate the onboarding and orientation process for new employees.
- Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation while ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing professional and timely communication.
- Support benefits administration, including enrollment and employee inquiries.
- Assist in organizing and tracking employee training and development programs.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Help facilitate employee engagement initiatives and company events.
- Support the CHRO (Chief HR Officer) with special projects and HR initiatives.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $52,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
