Overview
We are seeking a motivated and versatile Independent Contractor specializing in cleaning, landscaping, and property maintenance to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to work independently while delivering exceptional service across various property types. As a key contributor, you will help maintain beautiful, functional outdoor spaces and ensure properties are kept in top condition. Duties
- Perform comprehensive cleaning services, including interior and exterior spaces, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Execute landscaping tasks such as mowing, trimming, planting, and mulching to create attractive and sustainable outdoor environments.
- Maintain properties by repairing fences, decks, pathways, and other structures using hand tools and power tools.
- Operate machinery including excavators for site preparation or landscaping projects as needed.
- Manage irrigation systems to ensure proper watering schedules and troubleshoot issues to prevent water wastage.
- Conduct routine horticultural assessments, pruning, fertilizing, and pest control to promote healthy plant growth.
- Carry out general maintenance tasks such as mechanical repairs, equipment servicing, and ensuring safety compliance on-site.
Qualifications
- Proven experience with landscaping, gardening, or property maintenance projects.
- Mechanical knowledge related to small construction equipment and power tools operation.
- Familiarity with excavation machinery such as excavators is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of horticulture principles and landscape maintenance techniques.
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Knowledge of irrigation systems installation and troubleshooting.
- Construction experience is a plus for larger repair or site development tasks.
