We are seeking an experienced Customer Service & Sales Support Executive who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is ready to take ownership of customer relationships, order management, and day‑to‑day operations
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare estimates using PrintSmith or similar print industry software
- Enter and manage customer orders within the production system
- Oversee orders from start to finish, ensuring deadlines and quality expectations are met
- Provide customers with timely updates on order status, production progress, and delivery timelines
- Coordinate with suppliers, manage incoming deliveries, and issue purchase orders as required
- Maintain organized documentation, filing, and record‑keeping
- Support daily operational tasks to ensure smooth workflow across departments
- Embrace a “wear many hats” mindset with a positive, solutions‑focused attitude
Requirements
- Mandatory: Experience using PrintSmith or similar print industry management software
- Mandatory: Previous experience in the Print Industry
- Strong understanding of paper types, including grain direction and GSM
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) for customer and supplier interaction
- Experience working with digital printers is an asset
Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
