Job Overview
We are looking for an Assistant Manager to support our retail store operations and help lead our team. This role is focused on providing excellent customer service, supporting daily store activities, and helping drive sales performance.
The ideal candidate is someone with retail experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is ready to take on leadership responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager with daily operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Supervise and assist sales associates to ensure strong team performance and customer service standards
- Help maintain store appearance, including merchandising and product displays
- Assist customers, handle inquiries, and resolve issues in a professional manner
- Support cash handling and POS transactions with accuracy
- Assist with inventory control and stock organization
- Participate in staff training and onboarding of new employees
- Contribute to store promotions and sales initiatives
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Help maintain a positive and productive store environment
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail or a supervisory role is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic experience with POS systems and cash handling
- Good organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Customer service focused attitude
- Ability to work in a team and in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual skills are considered an asset but not required
Pay: $84,000.00-$93,000.00 per year
