Our client, a leading agriculture equipment dealership serving Western Canada, is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead a high-performing sales team. What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop a successful sales team
- Build strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
- Develop and execute annual sales and business plans
- Monitor financial performance, inventory, and profitability
- Foster a customer-first culture while driving sales growth
- Collaborate with other departments to support overall branch success
What We're Looking For
- Leadership experience in agricultural equipment sales or a related industry
- Strong understanding of agricultural equipment and the farming industry
- Knowledge of sales performance, inventory management, trade valuations, and gross margins
- Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to motivate teams and deliver results
