- Manage administrative tasks such as preparing contracts, listing agreements, and other documentation
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of local market trends and property values
- Build and nurture relationships with clients, prospects, and industry professionals
- Coordinate property management activities when applicable, including scheduling inspections and repairs
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally
- Stay current with real estate laws, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance
Experience
- Valid real estate license required; additional certifications are a plus
- Proven experience in real estate sales or property management preferred
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Experience in marketing properties through digital channels and traditional methods
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs
