Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Bilingual Sales Representative to join our team. This position is integral to our business, responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a deep understanding of the steel building industry, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to optimize sales efforts.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative, preferably in the steel buildings or construction industry.
- Strong sales acumen and a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in French language.
- Valid driver’s license.
What We Offer:
- A competitive base salary of $50,000 plus commission.
