Duties
- Perform thorough dental cleanings, including scaling and polishing teeth to remove plaque and tartar buildup
- Take digital dental radiographs (X-rays) accurately and efficiently & perform iTero scans
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and preventive care strategies
- Assist in applying fluoride treatments and sealants to protect against cavities
- Maintain detailed patient records using Tracker software
- Support the dental team during procedures by preparing instruments and ensuring sterilization protocols are followed
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing patient questions, alleviating concerns, and ensuring a comfortable experience
Skills
- Proficiency with Tracker dental practice management software
- Knowledge of orthodontics, pediatrics, and general dentistry procedures
- Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse patient communities effectivel
- Strong understanding of medical terminology relevant to dentistry
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Ability to work independently on Saturdays while collaborating seamlessly with the dental team
