We are looking for someone to provide prompt, courteous and professional resolution to clients, both onsite and remotely from our office. This person must have excellent problem-solving skills, be capable of learning on the go, and be able to balance their workload efficiently. It will also be necessary for this person to be able to identify upcoming maintenance, and educate clients on the importance of following industry standards to ensure downtime is minimal.

Technical Skills Summary
- IT Customer Service/Support oriented
- Direct work experience in an IT support capacity
- Network Administration in Small, Medium and Large environments
- Ability to configure, maintain, and troubleshoot server environments
- Must know industry standards, best practices and be able to confidently educate clients on why these are important
- Must be very knowledgeable with all Microsoft server, desktop, and mobile operating systems
- Must be comfortable with Apple and Android operating systems.
- Familiar with MDM solutions and configuration of smart devices in a controlled environment.
- Strong knowledge of Routers, Switches, Security Appliances, Network Switches, Wireless Controllers, VPN, and Remote Support Technologies.
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange, Backup Solutions, Malware and Security Solutions, Virtualization, Cloud and Hosted Solutions.
- Experience with O365 cloud platforms (email, cloud storage, SharePoint, and teams)
- Must be capable of installing Network Infrastructure (running cables, termination, etc.) and be comfortable working on a ladder.
- Phone and VOIP experience.
- CompTIA A+/Network+, MCP (Microsoft Certified Professional) certification a plus.
