EC Builders is a family-owned company specializing in custom homes and innovative ICF construction. We’re hiring two experienced carpenters ready to step into a lead hand role.
This is not a site supervisor position—we’re looking for skilled carpenters who still want to be on the tools, but are motivated to grow into leadership.
Our work is diverse, including custom homes, cottages, renovations, ICF pools, shops, and airplane hangars—no repetitive job sites.
What You’ll Do:
- Work hands-on across a variety of unique projects
- Lead and support a small crew (2–3 people)
- Read and build from architectural plans
- Communicate with the team and office
- Maintain high standards of quality and safety
What We’re Looking For:
- 8+ years of carpentry experience
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Confidence reading plans
- Desire to grow into a leadership role
- Valid G license required
- Equipment experience or ability to drive standard is an asset
