Door-to-Door Marketing Representative
Venust Construction Inc. is looking for motivated and outgoing individuals to join our growing team as Door-to-Door Marketing Representatives.
Students are welcome to apply. This position offers a flexible schedule and an excellent opportunity to develop communication, sales, and marketing skills while earning uncapped commissions.
Responsibilities
- Visit residential neighborhoods and introduce homeowners to our renovation and construction services
- Distribute marketing materials
- Generate qualified leads
- Schedule in-home estimates with potential clients
- Represent the company professionally in the community
Compensation
This is a commission-based position with unlimited earning potential.
- Commission for every qualified estimate appointment booked
- Commission on successfully closed projects generated from your leads

Requirements
- Strong communication and people skills
- Positive attitude and self-motivation
- Comfortable working outdoors and speaking with homeowners
- Previous sales or customer service experience is an asset but not required
