We are looking for a hardworking and dependable team of two (couple) Live-In Superintendents to manage a residential property in Kitchener, Ontario.
The ideal candidates will be self-starters who are able to work independently with minimal supervision, take pride in maintaining a clean and well-managed property, and have excellent attention to detail. We are looking for a reliable and professional couple who will take an active role in the day-to-day operation of the building and provide a high level of service to residents.
Responsibilities will include overseeing the general operation and upkeep of the property, maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the building and common areas, responding to resident concerns, coordinating maintenance as required, monitoring the property, and assisting with other building-related duties.
Previous experience as a superintendent, building manager, or in residential property management is considered an asset. Candidates must be reliable, professional, comfortable dealing with residents, and able to pass a criminal background check.
The compensation for this position is approximately $40,000–$45,000 per year for the couple, plus a 2-bedroom apartment.
