Job Description: As a Journeyman Electrician, you will play a pivotal role in establishing our electrical service division. This role requires a professional who is self-motivated, customer-focused, and skilled in troubleshooting and problem-solving. You will handle residential and commercial electrical service work, ensuring every job is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance for residential and commercial properties.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues, providing effective solutions.
- Collaborate with customers and team members to ensure projects meet client expectations.
- Follow all safety protocols, building codes, and industry standards.
- Maintain meticulous records of work performed and ensure proper documentation.

Qualifications
- Journeyman Electrician certification/license.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in residential and commercial electrical service as a Journeyman.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to interact professionally with clients.
- Tech-savvy, with the ability to use digital tools for scheduling, documentation, and diagnostics.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master Electrician certification (a strong asset).
- Experience leading or mentoring other electricians.
