We are looking for an experienced finish carpenter / renovation carpenter for ongoing apartment unit renovations in Toronto.
Units will be fully gutted. Work includes rebuilding units from framing stage through final finishes. available immediately.
Scope of Work:
* Framing and layout
* Door framing and installation
* Baseboards, casing, trim and finishing
* Kitchen and vanity installation
* Flooring and transitions
* Cabinet installs
* General carpentry throughout full apartment rebuilds
Requirements:
* Strong renovation experience
* strong finish carpentry skills.
* Own tools and transportation
* Clean, professional workmanship
* Reliable and able to work independently
* Experience in apartment renovations an asset
