Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Lot Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our lot while providing exceptional customer service. This position is essential for ensuring that our customers have a positive experience from the moment they arrive.
Duties
- Keep the lot clean and organized by regularly washing vehicles and removing trash.
- Ensure that all vehicles are parked in an orderly manner to maximize space efficiency.
- Perform routine inspections of the lot to identify any maintenance needs or safety hazards.
- Provide support to other team members as needed, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor while interacting with customers and colleagues.
Experience
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with cleaning procedures and techniques is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team setting.
