Monarch Manor is a licensed childcare centre in midtown Toronto, providing quality childcare for infants, toddlers and preschool children. We are looking to fill this position for mid-September 2026.
Position Summary
We are currently looking for a full-time R-ECE/ECA to join the centre, as a full time Educator. Experience in the Toddler/Preschool room is a must.
The successful candidate must possess:
- Strong programming and planning skills for a play based, emergent curriculum.
- The ability to supervise children and help promote their social, emotional, cognitive and physical development.
- Effective communication skills that promote professional, positive relationships with both parents and team teachers.
- Effective behaviour management skills.
- Available to attend monthly staff meetings.
Qualifications
- Registered Early Childhood Educator with minimum 1 year experience.
OR
- Degree or diploma in a related field with minimum 2 years experience in a childcare setting.
- Valid Standard First Aid & Infant / Child CPR certification.
- Current Clear Vulnerable Sector Police Reference Check.
- Up to date Immunization and Health Assessment.
Available to work between 7:30am - 6:00pm on rotating shifts.

Pay range varies depending on qualifications as well as experience working in the field.
