Sales & Operations Coordinator
NeoLine Composite Solutions, Metro Vancouver, BC (Hybrid)
Compensation: Competitive Salary, Part-Time and Full-Time
About Us
NeoLine Composite Solutions is the exclusive distributor of premium NeoLine composite fencing, decking, and cladding products in British Columbia. Engineered for elite performance and long-term value, NeoLine is rapidly becoming the preferred choice for high-end outdoor living projects across BC. As we grow our footprint across Metro Vancouver, we're looking for a detail-oriented, proactive coordinator to keep our commercial operations running smoothly behind the scenes.
About the Role
The Sales & Operations Coordinator is the organizational backbone of NeoLine's commercial team. You'll work closely with sales, logistics, and leadership to ensure accurate inventory records, professional client-facing documents, and seamless trade fair execution. This is a hybrid role suited to someone who thrives on variety - equally comfortable managing spreadsheets and preparing polished client offers as they are coordinating event logistics.
We welcome applications from recent graduates and career starters - if you're organized, eager to learn, and genuinely interested in how a product-based business operates, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update inventory records, ensuring accuracy across product lines and stock levels
- Prepare customer quotations and commercial offers with precision and a professional finish
- Support the sales team with documentation, follow-ups, and order tracking
- Coordinate trade fair preparation including materials, samples, logistics, and booth setup requirements
- Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to keep lead times and availability current
- Identify and flag process gaps, contributing to continuous improvement across operations
What We're Looking For
- 0–4 years of experience in a sales support, operations, administrative, or coordinator role - experience in construction, building materials, or a product-based industry is an asset but not required
- Strong attention to detail and comfort working with data, documents, and organizational systems
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines without losing accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; exposure to CRM or inventory tools is a bonus
- A self-starter mindset. You take initiative and follow through
What You Get
- Competitive salary commensurate with experience
- Hybrid work arrangement with genuine flexibility
- Hands-on learning in a fast-growing premium brand in BC's outdoor living market
- Collaborative, entrepreneurial team culture with real room to grow
- Full onboarding and product training - no prior composite industry knowledge required
