Overview
This is a key-holder position - applicants will be expected to be available for opening, closing and mid-day shifts as needed. Must be available for weekends.
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team in a fast-paced food service environment. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring the highest standards of food and beverage preparation and safety. You will be responsible for various tasks that contribute to the overall cleanliness and success of our establishment, making it a rewarding experience for both you and our customers.
Duties
- Prepare beverages and food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system, for order processing and cash handling.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in all areas of the restaurant, adhering to food safety guidelines.
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation to ensure freshness of ingredients.
- Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management to support restaurant operations.
Skills
- Strong food preparation skills with knowledge of food handling and safety practices.
- Experience with POS systems is preferred but not required.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
- Ability to lift 30+ lbs.
- Previous experience in food service or the food industry is preferred.
- Ability to provide outstanding customer service with a friendly demeanor.
- Proficient in basic math for accurate cash handling and transactions.
- Knowledge of sanitation practices and kitchen experience is beneficial.
