Job description:
Looking for an RPN at a family practice Clinic in Brantford to cover for the maternity leave.
The clinic provides general family practice services including preventative care, well baby, well women, immunization services etc.
Education and Membership Requirements:
- Member in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- RPN Diploma / Certificate of Competence (RPN) from approved program(s) or Bachelor or Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
- Current membership with RNAO and evidence of liability insurance
Skills and Knowledge:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Effectively use the EMR for documentation (PSS Telus EMR)
- Able to take vitals, administer injections, baby immunization, ear syringing, PAP
- routine clinic work including admin related matter.
