Do you have a positive attitude, ambition to grow and a drive to provide the best possible service to clients? In a highly competitive industry, we are looking for a Customer Service oriented individual that will respond quickly and effectively to our constantly changing customer needs. In the Customer Service Relations role, you will provide polished, quality service to our internal and external customers.
Customer service duties including calling customers, answering calls and entering orders
Following up on inactive quotes, and maintaining call lists for active and inactive customers
Interacting with commercial and retail customers over the phone to provide prompt service
Managing and resolving customer complaints; escalating unresolved issues
Supporting sales representatives, commercial clients and retails customers by sourcing product and providing pricing and details.
Organizing workflow to meet customer time frames
Performing administrative functions such as setting up new customer accounts, processing orders, providing quotes and information as well as running various computer reports
Working with customers on our website through chat.
Making warm and cold calls
Weekend and Stat Holiday work required
The hours for this role is 11:30am -8:00pm.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong mathematical skills, accuracy, attention to detail and data-entry experience
Customer service focus
Computer skills (including the use of Microsoft Excel and Word);
