What we need:
We are looking for Internationally Educated nurses who are registered or are in the process of becoming registered with the CNO to practice as a Registered Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse in Ontario. You will be matched with one of our job postings if you meet the qualifications. Full Time, Part Time, Casual and Temporary vacancies are available along with Patient Support Assistant vacancies.

What you will achieve with us:
As a member of our interprofessional team, you will work collaboratively with the other members of the care team in providing care to patients. You will practice in an environment where our focus is on patient/family centered care, customer satisfaction and ongoing professional development.

Work Schedule:
Successful applicants should be available to work Monday through Sunday and holidays. Please note schedule may change due to operational needs

What you bring to MSH:
Internationally Educated Nurse
Current Certificate of Registration with the College of Nurses or in the process of becoming certified
Current BCLS certification or ability to complete within 6 months
Recent related medical/surgical experience with evidence of well developed clinical skills
RNAO membership is preferred
Excellent physical assessment skills
Proficient computer skills
Demonstrated commitment to a patient/family centred care environment
Demonstrated excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills
Demonstrated ability to work effectively within an interprofessional team as well as independently
Well developed organization, communication, interpersonal and teaching skills
Evidence of ongoing professional development, continuing education and leadership experience
Demonstrated good attendance and performance records with the ability to maintain these same standards
Demonstrates a commitment to a healthy and safe workplace for self and others (staff, patients, families, etc.) by taking all reasonable precautions and working in compliance with hospital related policies, health and safety legislation and best practices and completing relevant mandatory education as required
