We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Restaurant/ Food & Beverage Manager to join our team at a full-service hotel near Calgary International Airport.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hospitality professional who enjoys leading people, creating memorable guest experiences, and working in a fast-paced restaurant and banquet environment.
You'll work alongside a supportive leadership team while overseeing evening restaurant operations, coaching staff, and ensuring exceptional service for our guests.

What You'll Do
- Lead daily evening restaurant operations
- Coach and develop restaurant team members
- Deliver exceptional guest service
- Ensure food safety and quality standards are maintained
- Manage labour, inventory and food costs
- Support banquet operations as required
- Hire, train and mentor new team members
- Work closely with the Executive Chef and hotel leadership team
What You'll Bring
- 1+ years of restaurant leadership or management experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
- Experience with POS systems and cash handling
- Banquet experience is considered an asset
- Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays
Pay: $51,000.00-$54,000.00 per year
