As a Cultivation Associate, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of our organic cultivation facility, assisting in the growth and maintenance of our cannabis plants. Roles and Responsibilities

Plant Care: Assist with cloning, transplanting, and pruning cannabis plants to ensure optimal growth and health, following organic cultivation practices.
- Nutrient Management: Help with the preparation and application of organic nutrients, including compost tea, to support plant health and growth. Learn to manage and adjust nutrient schedules for optimal results.
- Irrigation: Assist in setting up and maintaining irrigation systems, ensuring consistent and efficient water delivery to plants.
- Harvesting: Participate in harvesting activities, including hand harvesting, hanging, drying, and curing processes.
- Cleaning and Maintenance: Keep the cultivation area clean and organized, ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene standards, and maintaining organic integrity.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of plant growth, nutrient schedules, and other relevant data to ensure transparency and track progress.
- Compliance: Adhere to all company policies and regulatory requirements related to organic cannabis cultivation.
PREFERRED Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Relevant coursework or certifications in horticulture, organic farming, or plant sciences is a plus.
- Experience: Previous experience in horticulture or a related field is beneficial but not required. We provide on-the-job training.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to follow instructions, and a willingness to learn all aspects of organic cultivation.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift and carry up heavy materials and equipment and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity.
- Team Player: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work various shifts, including weekends, if required.
