Senior Line Cook – Let Me Be Frank / Frankly Speaking
We’re looking for a senior line cook to join a small, focused kitchen operating two concepts out of one space:
Let Me Be Frank: a daytime gourmet frank shop
Frankly Speaking: an evening cocktail bar with a refined, scratch-driven food program
This is a hands-on role working directly with the owners in a tight kitchen where standards, consistency, and awareness matter.
The Work:
- Execute a scratch-driven menu with precision and consistency
- Work clean, organized, and efficiently in a small, fast-paced environment
- Move between daytime and evening styles of service
- Maintain awareness of the full room during service, not just your station
- Interact with guests when needed, including greeting and reservations
- Support the team wherever needed to ensure smooth service
What We’re Looking For:
- 2–5 years experience in a professional kitchen
- Strong fundamentals in scratch cooking and line execution
- Ability to take direction and execute consistently
- Comfortable working independently within a clear structure
- Attention to detail and pride in clean, consistent plating
- Team-first mindset and willingness to jump in where needed
- No ego, no shortcuts
- Comfortable in a small team where everyone carries weight
- Reliable, punctual, and available evenings and weekends
- Food Handler Certification and Smart Serve
We care about doing things properly, but this is not a tweezers kitchen.
