Overview
We’re looking for a reliable, experienced carpenter to join our framing crew. Work includes custom homes, additions, and renovations. This is a hands-on role suited for someone who works efficiently, takes pride in their work, and understands job site expectations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years framing experience (hands-on framing, not general labour)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (mandatory)
- Comfortable with walls, floors, and roof framing
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Able to work independently and as part of a crew
Note: Some carpooling may be available depending on location, but most job sites require you to drive.
Assets (Higher Pay Considered):
- Ability to read plans and perform layout
- Experience operating equipment (telehandler, skid steer, etc.)
- Experience with custom builds
- Ability to take on more responsibility, including leading crews
Pay will reflect experience, efficiency, leadership ability, and equipment operation.
