Job Title: English and French Teacher (Grade 3 – 12)
ICAN Education Castlemore is looking for an upbeat, dynamic individual to join our teaching team. Candidates must possess a strong passion for help students to succeed and must be comfortable teaching students for Kindergarten to Grade 12.
This English and French Tutor is responsible for developing an effective learning environment for students according to their educational background, language proficiency and individual learning style.
Start Date: Immediate
Job Duties Include:
· Teaching and explaining concepts on the course materials for English and French students Gr3 – Gr12. Teaching Math till Gr 8 will be an asset.
· Participate in student review sessions
· To assess and to evaluate students’ achievements of course
· Complete periodic reporting, attend meetings and training as required
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
· OCT Teacher is preferred
· Ed. qualified to teach in Ontario schools; or equivalent
· Extensive knowledge and background in French and English

Additional Notes:
· Classes are from Monday to Friday from 4:30 pm - 8:30 pm
Salary
$18 - $19 per hour, however salary to be determined based on experience.
