We are looking for a rockstar listing coordinator to join our growing team! This position is located at our Waterdown office, a beautifully renovated historic building.
This position is a core support person and integral to the operation of our team.
This position will be working alongside our listing manager - so organization and a love of houses is a must!
They are a point person for client touches, so strong communication (email + phone) skills are something we look for. The successful candidates will fill in + review paperwork, coordinate listings from the very first client call in, and manage client communication. Attention to detail is required as the successful candidate will be the first point of contact on listing contracts. We provide all training, but experience in real estate is an asset!
Some duties are outlined below as an example:
Monitor daily tasks and emails effectively and efficiently
Organize and prioritize daily tasks
Manage CRM (Follow Up Boss)
Update spreadsheets (leads, etc)
Prep and oversee listing paperwork
Upload listings to Woolcott.ca
Daily communication with clients, vendors, lawyers, staff, etc.
Process paperwork
Assist in the training process for new staff members
Manage calendar(s)
Hours are Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Pay: From $21.00 per hour

- Secondary School (preferred)
