Overview
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Plumber with proven commercial experience to join our team. Our work focuses on well-executed mechanical systems, not volume-driven production. We’re looking for someone who understands the trade at a deeper level—layout, system function, and clean execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plumbing systems, mechanical knowledge, and experience with various tools and schematics. This role offers an opportunity to work on diverse projects, including residential, commercial, and industrial installations and repairs. The successful applicant will be instrumental in ensuring the proper functioning of plumbing systems while adhering to safety standards and building codes.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Execute commercial plumbing installations to a high standard
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and mechanical layouts with precision
- Coordinate with mechanical teams on integrated systems (hydronics, HVAC, controls)
- Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites
- Identify issues early and apply practical, field-based problem solving
Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years journeyman experience
- Licensed 306A Red Seal Plumber (mandatory)
- Strong commercial project experience
- Confident reading and working from drawings and specifications
- Solid math skills for layout, measurements, and system calculations
- Physically capable of handling demanding site conditions
- Detail-oriented with a high standard of workmanship
- Clear communicator who works well with a skilled team
