We’re looking for a passionate, disciplined, and highly skilled Sous Chef (extensive experience in steak preparation required) who thrives in high- performance kitchens and is ready to grow with a fast-expanding brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Executive Chef in leading all kitchen operations.
- Oversee the line during service to ensure consistency, speed, and exceptional quality.
- Uphold plating standards, food presentation, and portion control.
- Lead, coach, and mentor BOH staff, fostering a high-performance team culture.
- Assist with menu execution, recipe adherence, and special features.
- Manage inventory, ordering, waste control, and food cost efficiency.
- Ensure strict adherence to halal standards, hygiene, and food safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean, well-organized, and efficient kitchen environment at all times.
- Collaborate with management and FOH teams to deliver seamless service flow.
- Support party hall & catering preparation during events and high- volume operations.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of culinary experience in upscale, steakhouse (REQUIRED), or high-volume kitchen environments.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building abilities.
- Proven success in line management and kitchen execution during peak hours.
- Knowledge of Italian-inspired cuisine, steaks (extensive experience in steak preparation required), sauces, and modern plating
- Ability to multitask, stay calm, and maintain quality under pressure.
- Passion for creativity, consistency, and delivering outstanding guest
experiences.
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Restaurant hours: 12PM – 12AM (across 2 Shifts)
