About the Role
As an Assistant Manager, you will work hand-in-hand with ownership and management to oversee day-to-day operations in a high-energy, standards-driven restaurant environment. You are the heartbeat of the floor, leading a dynamic team, driving exceptional guest experiences, and ensuring seamless execution from open to close.
What You'll Do
- Lead front-of-house operations, ensuring prompt table turns, high-standard table service, and proactive guest engagement during peak rushes and local events.
- Coordinate staff scheduling, day-specific bar/floor coverage, and staff training using our operational standards and SOPs.
- Handle administrative tasks, inventory control, ordering, and back-office management utilizing platforms like Lightspeed, MarketMan, or Restaurant365.
- Act as a quick-thinking problem solver on the floor, resolving guest inquiries and operational hurdles instantly to keep service smooth.
- Drive team accountability, consistency, and a positive, collaborative culture between front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on restaurant industry experience, with proven leadership or supervisory background.
- Strong working knowledge of modern restaurant POS systems, inventory workflows, and scheduling software.
- A natural leader with exceptional communication skills, high accountability, and a calm demeanor under high-volume pressure.
- Passion for hospitality, food quality, and community engagement.
