Rebound Health and Wellness is an independent multidisciplinary health clinic, seeking a patient experience facilitator (receptionist) .
Our receptionist must have AMAZING customer service skills (in person and over the phone), quick problem solving abilities, the ability to self govern, and previous experience in a receptionist position booking appointments and managing schedules and billing. You should be independent and able to troubleshoot with confidence.
We will fully train you on our electronic booking/invoicing system (Jane). As you are our first point of contact for many of our clients, a great attitude and keen attention to detail is what we are looking for!
We need someone with evening availability 4pm-8pm, and some weekend availability from 10-3pm Sat/Sun (other shifts may become available as coverage for others opens up)! Please note, this is not a summer job and we are looking for someone to stick with us for a long time.

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
