Job Summary
At Elite Residential Concierge, the Field Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing security operations and ensuring the safety and security of designated areas. This position requires a proactive leader who can manage teams effectively while providing excellent customer service to our clients and residents. The ideal candidate will have experience in Residential Security (preferably as a site supervisor).
Duties
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of security personnel to ensure compliance with established protocols.
- Conduct regular inspections of premises to identify potential security risks and recommend improvements.
- Monitor CCTV systems and other surveillance equipment to detect suspicious activities.
- Train and mentor security staff on best practices in condo security and emergency response.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as needed to report incidents or gather intelligence.
- Prepare detailed reports on incidents, investigations, and operational activities for management review.
- Develop and implement security policies and procedures to enhance overall safety.
Requirements
- Valid Security License
- Valid CPR C Certificate
- Full G License
- Experience in Mobile Patrol Security (preferably in residential security)
- Experience as a Site Supervisor in residential security
- Must be able to work nights
