A Bread Affair is a certified organic artisan bakery located on Granville Island and Langley. Rooted in community, agriculture, and the Pacific coast, our baking reflects the unique combination of soil, climate, and craft that defines Vancouver. We are not a French bakery or an Italian bakery. We are of this place, Vancouver.
Our work is grounded in West Coast values: sustainability, responsible sourcing, and certified organic ingredients. We stand against industrial food production, GMOs, and factory farming, and support humane and ethical practices in everything we do.
We believe food should be personal. Every loaf and pastry is made by hand each day, connecting our customers to local farmers, our community, and the land.

A Bread Affair is growing its administrative team and is looking to add an individual to assist with variety of tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Perform administrative duties such as email correspondence and data entry
- Respond to emails and calls promptly and professionally
- Assist with inventory tracking, ordering, and vendor coordination
- Log and follow up on customer comments or complaints
- Enter and update data accurately into our systems
- Assist with document preparation and organization
- Perform other related tasks and duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Administrative or customer service experience
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $21.00 per hour
