Pay: CA$18.00–CA$22.00 per hour (based on experience)

We are currently seeking a motivated Carpenters Helper to join our team. This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities to develop your skills and grow within the company.
Responsibilities
- Assist with new residential construction and renovation projects
- Perform quality work efficiently and safely
- Use hand tools, power tools, ladders, and other construction equipment properly
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Arrive at the job site on time, prepared, and ready to work
- Work independently as well as part of a team
Qualifications
Required:
- Basic carpentry knowledge and experience
- Experience safely operating hand and power tools
- Working at Heights certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Basic math skills
- Reliable transportation to various job sites
- Hard hat, steel toed boots, basic carpentry tools (pouch, measuring tape, hammer, speed square, etc.)
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Preferred:
- Minimum 1 year of carpentry or construction experience
Physical Requirements
This position requires the ability to:
- Work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Work from ladders and at heights
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. occasionally
- Climb, balance, kneel, crouch, reach, and perform other physical construction tasks
- Maintain good stamina, hand-eye coordination, and vision throughout the workday

Compensation: CA$18.00–CA$22.00 per hour, depending on experience.
