The Multi-Property Sales Manager position is part of RIMAP Hospitality’s sales team and involves working across multiple company properties.
Under the supervision of RIMAP Hospitality’s Regional Vice President of Sales and Marketing:
Target, solicit, and secure new accounts in specified market segments
Make prospecting calls and initiate hotel tours to establish and maintain long-term business relationships
Implement specific marketing actions to support market segments and develop existing accounts to achieve sales targets
Maintain a balance between occupancy, market segments, and average rates to achieve budgeted RevPar
Set and adjust rates by monitoring costs, supply, and demand
Achieve and exceed sales and production goals on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
Travel among all company properties to support sales teams and cover absences and needs within the sales and banquets department
Participate in business trade shows, external client events, and prospective travel as needed
Prepare and write weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports
Participate in the Managers on Duty program, being available certain evenings and weekends
Any other related tasks
